AiServiceShip was founded in Bosnia and Herzegovina to build a focused ServiceNow and AI workflow practice for international delivery. We believe strong platform work begins with understanding the business, defining responsibility and building capability around real outcomes.

Founders
Adis is an entrepreneur and business services operator with two decades of experience in the technology sector. He has built teams and service operations for international clients, including enterprise performance management capability and round-the-clock operational services supporting North American transportation businesses. He contributes actively to the development of the business services ecosystem in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Adnan is an international executive and operations leader with eleven years of CEO experience. He led industrial and project operations serving Europe, North America, South America and Asia, with a background in automated logistics and warehouse infrastructure. At AiServiceShip, he leads strategy, capability development and partner engagement.
